Not settled yet on a resolution for New Year’s? Well, if you haven’t gone vegan yet, that’s a great option. The Vegan Society in the UK has a wonderful 8 part video series outlining why people choose to be vegan (there are so many good reasons, a better question is why wouldn’t you go vegan!).
