Hello everyone!

I hope you’re all having a good Friday morning…

So this past week, Bill was telling me that one of our readers asked if the family was doing okay. And I thought.. we’ve been so bad.. we need to get back to posting!! So I was thinking of sharing a short video… then I had the idea of also sharing some music videos as well.. =)

As I mentioned in some earlier posts, my little brother John is a k-pop song writer in South Korea, and these are some of his recent hits. If you are interested in the lyrics, you can turn on Subtitles/CC on the lower right of the screen.

    Hi Sunnie,
    Greetings from India ! πŸ™‚

It’s because of these two songs that I instantly fell in love with HIGH4. Just didn’t really know who wrote the lyrics all these days! Great work by your brother.
    Kudos! πŸ™‚

Oh, he actually wrote the music, not the lyrics! Glad you liked it! =)

Oops! My bad.. 😐 But whether it’s music or the lyrics, I loved every aspect of these songs (and also the song ‘Day by Day’) from music – idols – lyrics – cinematography – choreography :p Again, nice work by the whole team πŸ™‚

Hello! I was looking at images of King Sejong and next thing I saw vegan and had to click! What a cool surprise your blog is for me! I already had Not Spring, Love or Cherry Blossoms in my Sweet Music playlist on YT since the first day it came out. Your brother is gifted! I am also a vegan form SE Michigan. Additionally, finding a way to do Korean food vegan……you know I HAD to sign up! πŸ™‚ Everything looks so wonderful! I have a lot of questions about the different pastes such as, once the tub is opened, how long can I safely use the product? Also for miso paste if you know. Hope you all are enjoying the beautiful fall and take care!

Hmm, you know we have never run into an issue with a tub of doengjang (Korean version of miso) gochujang or ssamjang going bad, but we obviously cook Korean food often. I would say you’re talking numerous months before there would be any sort of concern. As long as it’s in the fridge, I don’t think there’d be any issue until maybe after 3+ months, if even then. They sell pretty small containers of it though, so if you’re concerned, just buy smaller until you can better figure out your consumption speed. Thanks for visiting and your kind comments. Hope you are enjoying the fall as well!
