Thank you so much for sharing your vegan Korean recipes with us as well as info on Korean culture. I’m still hoping you’ll consider writing a vegan Korean cookbook! 🙂
I hope you have a happy, healthy and prosperous 2013.
Thanks for your kind comments, Rebecca. Have a great 2013 as well! It would actually be really cool to write a cookbook. Send any publishers you know our way! 😉 Seriously though, it’s be pretty cool if we could find the time! Thanks for the encouragement!
If you find the time, you should look into Create Space (https://www.createspace.com/). It’s the same one Maangchi used to publish her books on Amazon. It would be really awesome to have a good vegan Korean cookbook available! Maybe some day, one of the Buddhist Temple Cuisine cookbooks will be translated into English to give us even more variety. (That’s another aspect of Korean cuisine I’d like to learn more about and try.)
Hope you’re year is going well and thanks again for the wonderful vegan Korean recipes!
Hi Rebecca – it would be so cool to publish a cookbook! 😉 Thanks for sharing this info. We will need to look at it. Hope your start of the new year has been good – wishing you a happy new year full of happiness and love!
I like the idea of listing the most viewed posts. It makes me know what other read on your blog.
Yes, we love the stats that WordPress provides us each year- very cool!
I’m so excited to have came across your blog! I’m a Korean vegan and have a vegan blog as well but I want to explore vegan Korean recipes! I will definitely be making the vegan dukboki 🙂 Your blog is awesome!
So glad you found us, vanvegan! We’re jealous that you’re out in LA with all of the yummy vegan restaurants everywhere! Hope you enjoy the recipes. 🙂
